Critical Issues Analysis

One of TurnKey's core project service offerings is our Critical Issues Analysis. By getting involved early in the review of potential development sites, TurnKey can identify critical flaws, development hurdles, and approval challenges that provide clients with relevant and critical information to make strategic go/no-go decisions on projects. Our Critical Issues Analysis services include:

CIVIL ENGINEERING

Our Experience

The staff at TurnKey bring forward a diverse set of civil engineering design, construction and management experience. Our Professional Engineers have designed and analyzed transportation and land development projects for the public and private sectors. We provide planning, design, and permitting on development projects on a large and expanding scale.

Notable design projects include the assessment, planning and implementation of pavement maintenance for a major university. Streetscape designs in compliance with PennDOT and local requirements. Roadway analysis, identification of required upgrades and design and construction of roadway improvements required for associated pipeline development project, with project budget in excess of $150mm.
